Below are some of our most common FAQ's

Your valuation

How much will I be paid?

Your items are will be appraised at one of our 2 valuations centres, we have 1 in Northern Ireland and one in Hatton Garden in London.

All of our appraisals are carried out by a member of our qualified jewellery experts, so you can be sure the valuation will be accurate.

All our prices are based on the current secondary market value and our prices are highly competitive we update our prices daily to reflect the most up to date gold price.

A member of our  valuation team will make you the best offer they can the day your items are received.

Your offer will be based on the London Bullion Market Association spot prices for that day as well as the purity and quantity of the items you provide.

If you accept the offer, your cash will be transferred directly to your bank account within 24 hours. Many of our customers see their money in their account within 1 hour!

Do you have a gold value calculator?

Our  jewellery experts value your items in person, so that you know the amount offered to you is a true reflection of its worth.

Some of the online gold value calculators can be misleading, but our valuators will always be 100% accurate and based on the price on the day we receive your jewellery..

Your payment

Can you transfer the money to my bank account?

Yes, this is how your payment will be made unless you ask to be paid in a different way.

By using a Direct (BACS) bank transfer, your payment is transferred straight into your bank account on the day we receive your items for free.

Most UK banks now operate under the ‘Faster Payments System’, meaning that funds reach customer accounts the same day payment is issued.

Can you send  cash by post?

Our standard process is to transfer money directly into your bank account as this is free and the quickest way to get it to you.

Unfortunately we can't send cash in the post .

What if I decide not to sell?

Once you send them to us, your items are valued by a member of our expert appraisal team for free with no obligation.

The appraiser will then be in touch via email with the full details of the appraisal and offer , our prices are very competitive on the secondary market.

If you decide not to sell any items that we have offered you a price for any reason, they will be returned to you free of charge and again fully insured..

I think my items are worth more than £5000, will they be insured?

If you think you need insurance over £5000, we can arrange additional insurance to make sure your jewellery has the correct insurance cover.

Will my items be safe?

The safety and security of your valuables is very important to us.

Your items are safe and secure from the moment you post your jewellery you are covered by the insurance , it's next day delivery so it takes only 1 day to reach us after postage.

You also will get a tracking number so you can track your package for added piece of mind.
